April 19, 1998 -- Herro.
My family came to visit yesterday, and now they've gone up to Geneseo to see if Ann wants to go there. Kristen's sister already chose Geneseo, so it'd be really groovy if Ann did too. Um...I had a cool party. It got started late because my parents took Brian and I out to dinner at Applebee's. (Yummy!) We played video games in our geeky fashion but by the time enough people were there to play Taboo, I was too tired for it anyway. So we just played more video games, which no one seemed to mind. Let's see, who showed up...Brian, Brian S., Scott, Lisa (from CS class) and John (her boyfriend), and Walter came by for a little while. Not a big party, but fun anyway. Brian got me The Little Mermaid and a BIG bottle of Tresor (my favorite perfume). My parents got me wooden spoons, mothballs, a pizza cutter, a pair of socks with Elmo on them, an egg slicer... What???? ...and $100. Oh! All in all, a lovely birthday. But no one ate any cake so I have a big chocolate cake to try and eat all on my own. I'm going to burst. Anyone who wants a slice, feel free to e-mail me. So...I have 5 labs, and 2 projects due by the end of the school year. Time to get working...really really fast. I'm not too worried, I already ALMOST finished one lab. And two of the remaining ones are SUPER easy. I should have no problems...I hope. As for the projects...I have to write solitare. Ack! Well, it doesn't have to be playable, it just has to run a demo, but I barely have any of it done. Solitare sucks. |
