Baldwin High School: The Gift That Kept Taking -- Lee's Journal -- 12/3/97
[Edited because the point is to see what he had to say about me that made me angry]
...Anyway, through Mike (I'm the only one who calls him Mike, everyone else calls him Bardi), I met Brian Knolhoff, who I actually knew from junior high orchestra where he played cello and sat next to me and talked about comics all the time. Also through Mike, I met Tim Healy and his girlfriend, Kathy. I later recognized them as the two people who would sit in the cafeteria every day through my quiet 3rd period (10 AM) lunch attached at the lip. Eventually, they broke up, and Brian and Kathy started dating. Then they broke up, and she started dating Dan Pistolese, a quiet guy who was nice, but I can't call him because he doesn't speak. Although he did call me on my birthday this past May, which makes me feel kind of bad for not finding out when his birthday is. And Brian went out with Megan. Then they all broke up, and Brian and Kathy started dating again last January, just when I thought Brian and I were going to become friends again (which we hadn't been, since shortly after he started dating Megan). Then he declared that he renounced all of his friends (like Ray and Sandra, for example) because they were tired of hanging out with his girlfriend (Kathy) all the time. So much for my plans to be friends with him once more, huh? So then I got on a streak of insulting Kathy, because she had stopped speaking to me because I put her picture on my web page and she was never really my friend anyway and she only spoke to me because she felt bad for me... bullshit, of course, we were friends, but that doesn't much matter now. So I got bitter at Kathy, and Brian insisted on being associated with nobody but Kathy, so I had no choice but to lump him together with her. It's a shame...
