"That stuff's supposed to make you horny."

-- a classmate, about Green Tea

Someone on aol has the coolest screenname. Igotmrkrs. I saw it on what I mistook for a personal letter from a friend from highschool. I should know better by now. People I knew in highschool only send me chain mail...big chain mail. The kind with things you scroll past that are supposed to look funky but I just click past them to find out what horrible fate is going to befall me when I delete the damned thing.

And I laughed at the weather gods too.

Brian mentioned something he had on his history test the other day. Or maybe it was a government test...I don't even know WHAT the class is he's taking...some social studies thing. He said the test question was about the Third Amendment and why it's obsolete. I said something along the lines of "That's the "there-can-be-only-one" one, right? The bad graven images, graven images bad one?"

He gave me a giggle. I've stopped expecting any more.

So, it poured this morning. It was coming down so hard that I put a measuring cup out in the rain and timed it for about five minutes. I was going to see how much came down in that time, but when Brian got here I said "Hey...grab that on your way up.." Which he did, sloshing most of the water out, then dumping more before handing it to me "What was that doing out there anyway?"

"I was measuring how much came down. But never mind now."

When it calmed down we went to Mrs Green's Pool Party. Mrs. Green was my high school calculus teacher, and hands-down my favorite teacher ever. And she had a pool party today at her house for current students (whose last day of their senior year is Monday), including my sister...and alumni. So I went. I was the only one from my grade. There were two or three people from the grade below me, but I only knew a few. Chrissy and Marissa Edgar stand out the most....Chrissy tickled me where my bra was showing. Marissa and I slept through physics together in high school...Go Capozzi!!

I had fun...they played charades and some chick from Ann's grade was bugging the hell out of me. She had this "I am just SO cool" attitude, and she was SO loud. Oh...I wanted SO BADLY to just say "Y'know, cool and bothersome are different things." But I didn't deem myself cool enough to try and knock her off her high-horse. I figured that hell! she's gonna fall off when she gets to college anyway...why warn her about it?

And I ate sushi today. The service at the place was just AWFUL...they brought us the wrong food (but who cares? It all raw fish!) and it took them almost a half hour to get back to us with the check. And I don't like sushi. Yeck. I had ice cream though...Green Tea ice cream. It was the same color as my pants...green. I liked it.

The drawback? I feel sick. Sushi is not my friend. No. And to make matters worse, we went to Nathan's afterwards to play video games. I won a necklace. It has suns and moon on it. But it didn't make me feel much better.

I got a new guestbook. The one I had was Geocities...so I got the one Xoom had links to. GuestWorld. It probably sucks...but I'll live. None of you ever sign it anyway...

:::snicker:::

Well, I'm sick. I'm going to sleep. G'night world!
