"Stop yawning, start yearning and wake up / what you want to do is wake up"
-- "Selfish" -- Ned's Atomic Dustbin

Waaah! Me so cranky! I only got three hours of sleep last night, and Ann's friends woke me up when I fell asleep on the couch. There is some really annoying girl in my living room and she kept talking during Ranma 1/2, and changing the channels when we were watching TV. I really hate that. So I came upstairs rather than sow discord with my mood.

This morning mom and I had an adventure. We went to the GM dealer in East Meadow to make them fix the car. Whhheee. Mom told them all about the problems and how the last GM dealer we went to was filled with incompetant snots who basically told my mother that it wasn't their job to drive our car around. Well geee, if that's what you need to do to find the problem, I'd say that MAKES it your job. Idiots.

But these folks were much nicer. They said they'll probably replace the computer in the car.

How is it I always end up talking about Squirt?

But seriously, after we dropped of the car Mom turned to me and said "Let's go to Computer City and I'll buy you a battery backup." What am I going to say? No? I'm not that dumb! So we went to Computer City. I got a battery backup (Thank you Mommy!). On the way out I went down the modem section and said "Hey Mom, buy me a 56K modem?"

Would you believe it but she said yes? So she got me a Newcom 56K modem. Joe (y'know...Joe, Brian's good buddy...) said "When you can't install this just give me a call." I assured him I would. I'm a real chicken when I comes to installing hardware and I fear breaking stuff. But I'm going to make Brian do it tomorrow.

Gawd...I just sat up and my entire back went poppoppop and so did my left knee. That's can't be good for me. I didn't even stretch or anything. I just moved. I have to overwhelming urge to stretch now and make the rest go, but I should refrain I think.

I've gotten boring lately. Probably because I've just been sitting around being cranky the past few days. I'm looking forward to getting up to school. Even if just for a change of pace. I'm in a rut. WAAAAHHH!! Ruts suck!!!

Ooo! Ooo! I know! Sleep always helps!
