It's been one seriously long month. No joking, this has been the longest month ever.

And my watch stopped too...so imagine how long I THOUGHT it was over top of that!

I had four midterms, three homeworks in Algorithms, one in Automata, and a few other mind-bending things to do for GUI. I wrote this in GUI. It's a little sketching program. It's pretty basic...okay, really basic, but I'm a beginner. It only runs on Windows, but you should know better than to use a Mac anyway... ;)

I should stop that. I really should. I've been getting increasingly nervous about having my head paraded around town on a pike by an angry mob of Mac users. Flinging copies of Mac formatted diskettes and swinging one-button mice wildly, chanting about "really using" RAM, and not being part of the Cult Of Gates...

Whoa...vivid images there. I should watch out or I'll give them ideas...

Don't I look MAD joyful here? That's me finishing my stupid program for my stupid class. This semester SUCKS! I have to take boring classes with lousy teachers. My algorithms teacher is detached from reality when it come to assignments...as in three homeworks due the same week as our midterm was given. That doesn't seem like it was planned to benefit our education. And it's busy work. I think in college the LAST thing I need is busy work. I'm not learning anything from busy work, and it's taking away from my studying.

I should shut up, before I sound like a model student or something. Trust me, I hate studying. A lot. But I hate failing midterms slightly more so I end up studying the night before a test in most cases, and depending on the level of fear, sometimes a few days in advance.

Dan managed to take an okay picture of me with my hair all wet and up and do cool things to it. He sent me this copy of the image after he'd done some stuff, and I looked at it and thought "Wow...Dan's a graphical GOD...sweet". He's done more since he sent me this, but I just had to show off this awesome picture.

He actually animated a whole series of pics similar to it, but the copy he sent me goes so fast I can't see anything but a blur with a nose. He revised it but I think I'll send you to his site to look at it...when he posts it. But feel free to jump over there and examine his cool artwork. He's got three galleries of stuff up at this point, and a few poems to look at too. He's still learning HTML, but he's done a nice job with what he knows, right?

Not that he needs new skills, like HTML...he's got all the skills he needs being able to make a pic of me look that sweet....Besides, I have HTML as one of my skills..don't touch my skills.
