Another year, another design. I just tossed this together for a change. I needed a change. This journal was hard to sit down to over break. With my computer in my tiny cramped room at home, I was begging to make my carpal tunnel induced wrist pain worse with the ergonomic hell I inflict upon myself there.

A folding chair, a small desk, and no where to put my legs. Grr. Just thinking about it is sometimes enough to make my wrist ache.

Plus, I was all bummed out from the whole RFH ordeal. I feel all better now, and I want to thank Dan, Joslyn, and my family for bearing with my slug-like and somber depression. I also want to thank Dan for giving me Photoshop 5.5 and Clinique 'Happy' for Christmas. :) I was most pleased, although that didn't fix my depression at the time. Watching him drool over the car radio I gave him cheered me up a bit though. What I really needed was loving attention, which I got plenty of, and time away from my computer.

But...after a long semester of all but ignoring my computer and this journal, I am refreshed and ready to begin again. I kicked the depression, and I'm back to my happy little self. I'll bet you missed me, you loyal readers out there.

I'll bet you know better than to say you didn't, too.

Moving on...I'm back at school, and moving in was pretty easy. There's a little snow around and it's pretty cold, but no one got in my way, and I was able to get all my stuff in and set back up without incident. Well, I cut my hand on a hanger but that so insignificant I shouldn't have bothered to mention it. But I did.

As a side note: I made these lovely new graphics using Photoshop 5.5, and I definitely am in love with the web features. It ROCKS. Beyond compare! Well, I can compare it to Photoshop 5.0, which was really cool...but just adding web features makes 5.5 kick 5.0's sorry lacking-web-features ass.

Moving on...my first day of classes was okay, but was also very very cold. And did I mention the snow? Yeesh.

More to come soon. Really. In the meantime, feedback is appreciated!
